Physical markings (tattoos, piercings, scars, etc.): a triangle birth mark on the lower back. Appearance: small, thin and slightly scrawny. Family: Sarah Fawcett, mother, Adrian Pucey, father. Additionally Valentin considers Rabastan Lestrange his grandfather. History: Valentin’s mother Sarah married Viktor Voronov at a young age. She moved to Russia to live with him and his mother, Irina-Roza, at their family estate. But Sarah was never fully accepted by Irina-Roza, who was a controlling and powerful witch. When Valentin was born Sarah got pushed even further out in the cold as both Irina-Roza and Viktor were completely consumed by the boy and treated him like a prince, spoiling him rotten. By Valentin’s seventh birthday Sarah had had enough. She took her son and fled back to Britain, changing their names back to Fawcett. Valentin was very close with his father and never forgave his mother for taking him away and grew more and more bitter towards her over time. Sarah forbade Valentin to ever try to contact his father or his Russian family again and she threw away all things that belonged to or reminded her of Viktor. The only thing Valentin managed to save was a crumbled old photograph of Viktor. After moving back to Britain, Valentin grew up like any other wizarding child alone with his mother who never remarried. He was home schooled by his mother and had therefore no friends when he arrived at Hogwarts and Slytherin house. In his third year a new teacher came to the school: Adrian Pucey. Adrian spotted Valentin quickly and seduced him, entending just to take advantage of the young and naïve boy. But his plan backfired; he fell in love with Valentin, who had fallen for Adrian almost the second their lips touched the first time. Slowly Valentin's relationship delevoped into a real love affair and they saw each other secretly for a few months, until Adrian paid Valentin's mother a visit. They had had a brief affair back when they went to school together and Sarah admitted that Adrian was in fact Valentin's father, not Viktor. Valentin and Adrian overcame it and stayed together despite their close relation. They made it official and was permitted to live together at Hogwarts as father and son, though in truth they lived as lovers as well. Shortly after Valentin' 14th birthday Adrian made Sarah sign over the custody of Valentin to him and Valentin moved from her house to Adrian's London flat. At the end of the previous year, Valentin accidentally bumped into a certain Rabastan Lestrange in Hogsmeade. Valentin began an affair with Rabstan alongside his relationship with Adrian. At some point Valentin realizes that Adrian and Rabastan know each other from the old days. He sets up a meeting up and everything is good. Soon after Adrian and Valentin move into Lestrange Manor with Rabastan, his brother Rodolphus and his son Ryan. After finishing Hogwarts, Valentin takes a degree in wizarding history and travels to Russia with Adrian to deal with Valentin's greedy cousin who is trying to get his hands on Valentin inheritance from Viktor, who died shortly after Valentin was taken from him as a child, along with the family estate. They succeed and returns to Britain where Valentin buys a small shop where he starts his business as a dealer of rare books. Personality: as a teen Valentin was a quiet and socially awkward boy with a huge temper. He had no real friends (except for his very secret friendship with the Hufflepuff girl Mackenzie Lovegood). He was extremely sensitive and could have long periods of time where he would be depressed and suffered from insomnia. As an adult Valentin calmed down after several years of living in a safe and loving relationship with Adrian. He will always be a spoiled brat, but as he grew older he learned to manage that side of his personality and even got himself a sense of humour. He is a Slytherin with capital letters and believes strongly in the superiority of Purebloods. Strengths: Valentin is a clever boy and has a good memory. His best subjects are History of Magic and Ancient Runes. He is cunning and good at getting what he wants. Weaknesses: Valentin has a foul temper which can get the best of him. He gets easily bored and restless. Another weakness is his pride which tends to make him think lesser of others and seem very arrogant. His worst subjects are: Herbology and Transfiguration. Habits: as a teen Valentin often used Russian words in stead of English. Often he was not aware if he spoke Russian or English. Theme song: "Nature Boy" - David Bowie.
